πŸ₯Ή Cute Little Buns - Pupiboo Pads On Sale Today - Spring Photoshoot Next Weekend πŸŽ‰

Last week I visited an awesome woman who recently rescued two domesticated bunnies she spotted hopping around an orchard. She brought them home and split them up to try to avoid a litter but four days later one of them started to build a nest and it was clear that she was already pregnant.

Mom and dad and the five babies are doing really well and will be adopted out when they are ready. Follow Rabbit Advocates on Instagram for stories updates πŸ‡

I got to meet the whole fluffle and treat the 6-week-old bunnies to their first palm leaf bowl, which they had to figure out how to use πŸ₯Ή

Have you ever considered fostering a bunny? Local rescue Rabbit Advocates has an urgent need for fosters for buns like Milo, who went on KATU Afternoon Live with us a few weeks ago. Fostering is a great way to help a bunny in need with support from a rescue and fosters can adopt if they fall in love with their foster bunny. Find out more and apply to foster with Rabbit Advocates here. Want to foster but live outside of the Portland Metro? WabbitWiki has a great state-by-state list of rescues...

Remember the baby bunnies featured in our last newsletter? Our head bunny lady Kimberly had the the pleasure of going on KATU Afternoon Live with 3 of them this past Friday! Kimberly and fellow Rabbit Advocates volunteer Stephanie Castillo chatted all things bunny, what to expect when you bring home a pet rabbit and highlighted the importance of spaying and neutering. Watch the Clip on Our Blog πŸŽ‰ If you are in the Portland area and able to foster, 2 of these beautiful bunnies are still in...

If you aren't sure if your rabbit is due for a nail trim, one trick that usually works is to see if their nails are sticking out past the fur. But what if you have a rex rabbit, with nails that always stick out past their short - and incredibly plush - fur? Most rabbits benefit from a nail trim every 8 weeks, which is how often our adorable furry friend Rupert hops by for a trim at our shop. If they have light nails, you can usually easily find a pink area inside the nail - otherwise known as...
