πŸ₯° Foster a Bunny - Bonding Tips & Tricks - May B-Days & G-Days Tomorrow πŸ₯³

Have you ever considered fostering a bunny? Local rescue Rabbit Advocates has an urgent need for fosters for buns like Milo, who went on KATU Afternoon Live with us a few weeks ago.

Fostering is a great way to help a bunny in need with support from a rescue and fosters can adopt if they fall in love with their foster bunny.

Find out more and apply to foster with Rabbit Advocates here.

Want to foster but live outside of the Portland Metro? WabbitWiki has a great state-by-state list of rescues and shelters.

Bunny Bonding Tips & Tricks

If you follow us on Instagram, you may have seen our story updates on how bonding a 3rd bunny with Lu & Stu is going.

It's our first time bonding a trio, so we are taking things at slower pace than with a couple to allow everyone plenty of time to negotiate how they will share space. 1 on 1 play dates are going well and everyone enjoys being squished together for cuddle time.

Our Top 5 Tips and Tricks for Bunny Bonding

  1. Do a Speed Date First
  2. Allow the Bunnies to Set the Pace
  3. Cuddles are Good for Everyone
  4. Start with a Small Neutral Space and Gradually Expand
  5. Be Patient and Consistent
